Trees Mobile Home Community

Trees Mobile Home Community is located in the town of Sunman, Indiana. Sunman is approximately 40 minutes driving time from Cincinnati and 75 minutes driving time from Indianapolis, Indiana.

Interstate 74 provides easy access to both major cities. Both cities have professional sports franchises, museums, excellent theater productions, and a variety of alternative entertainment options.  Indianapolis and Cincinnati are also home to some of the more renowned restaurants in the Midwest. And, finally, Indianapolis is home to one of the country’s greatest annual sporting events; namely, the Indianapolis 500.

The town of Sunman is a small, quiet community that has relatively mild winters buttressed with very comfortable spring, summer and fall seasons.    Sunman prides itself on being a friendly community where it’s easy to make new acquaintances.

Trees Mobile Home Community has roughly 125 mobile home lots.  Also on site are a single family home and a three unit apartment building which are rented. The Community has its own laundry facilities, on-site manager, and has undergone significant upgrades to all of its facilities over the past two years.

The Community offers several mobile homes for purchase and financing options are available to qualified buyers.
